My client is a modern and contemporary Hotel operator set in a prime location, looking for an experienced and talented Sales Office Manager ideally from a high-quality, high-profile hotel background
This is a great opportunity for a Sales Office Manager or Senior Conference Sales Coordinator now looking for an environment where your opinion and passion matters
Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Office Manager:
* We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Hotel Sales Office Manager who can be confident and take pride in working with the team to secure new and existing events business for corporate meetings, private dinners, conferences, weddings and more.
* The ability to encourage your team to maximise all sales opportunities and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings in this 100 plus bedroom hotel with conference facilities for up to 200 people. Due to a long term Corporate contract, you will only have to focus on handling enquiries and converting events for the restaurant and the main function room for evenings and weekends.
* Knowledge of Reslynx will be an advantage.
* We need someone who can efficiently run the Sales Office by defining, documenting, and delivering a professional sales service. Happy to be hands on and work together to achieve the same goal!
* Have the ability to coach and develop your coordinators to ensure a professional and efficient service is always delivered to new and existing clients.
* Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets agreed between yourself and the GM.
* Minimum one year's experience in a similar 100-bedroom property with conference facilities for 200 guests at 4-star hotel.
