The Venue Director Opportunity.
- A leading international venue with vast facilities, you will be tasked with the fiscal and operational performance of the site, guiding a large team to deliver service excellence that represents best in class for hospitality.
- Responsible for the running of the venue delivering blue chip exhibitions, concerts, performances and hospitality, whilst steering a sales activity to capture international events.

The skills required of a Venue Director.
- Candidates will have experience of operating multi-faceted operations with capacities of 10'000+ attendees.
- Essential to the role is experience of managing large operational Food and Beverage teams.
- Experienced in delivering agreed revenues in high performing business's.
- A natural leader that is able to orchestrate an overall strategy as well as be in amongst the team when required in order to deliver.
- A champion of excellent customer service and memorable guest journeys.
The Venue Director package.
- A basic salary to £90'000
- A performance related bonus to 20% of salary
