Commercial Sales Office Manager - Single site - Birmingham
Situated in central Birmingham, this popular Hotel and conference venue is now needing a Commercial Sales Office Manager to join the team.Due to a huge expansion in business, the sales team need an experienced Senior Sales Manager or Sales Office Manager who is looking for the next step in their career to support with the daily running of the office, implement the sales strategy, driving event and groups revenue conversion through effective diary management, enquiry handling and building strong relationships with clients.
Other duties include:
* Overall management of a team of 10 sales executives, sales admin and Reservations Manager.
* We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Hotel Sales Office Manager has held a similar role for at least 2 years within the UK and ideally the Midlands area.
* The ability to encourage your team to maximise all sales opportunities and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings in this 100 plus bedroom hotel with conference facilities for up to 200 people.
* Knowledge of Delhi & Sales & Catering will be an advantage.
* We need someone who can efficiently run the Sales Office by defining, documenting, and delivering a professional sales service. Happy to be hands on and work together to achieve the same goal!
* Have the ability to coach and develop your coordinators to ensure a professional and efficient service is always delivered to new and existing clients.The package on offer for the Sales Office Manager:
