Bar Team leader- Country Hotel- Powys - £28k plus free accommoda

Luxury, boutique hotel near Powys wants to find a Bar Team Leader for a leading hotel in the area with a very competitive salary up to £28,000 per year plus a share of the tips and free accommodation.

With deluxe 4* bedrooms, stylish public areas, restaurant & bars, we want you to manage and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel's bars.

To be considered, you will need to have previous experience in bar supervision although training will be provided to reach our 3 Rosette standard, although some experience in such a position would be advantageous.

If you have a little bit of passion for Wine and some knowledge would be great, although training will be provided by our Sommelier.

A very competitive salary is available to you,around £28,000 per year plus TIPS and Free accommodation in one of our cottages on site but you will need a car to travel around the surrounding area.

Hours involve working days, evenings, and weekends and bank holidays in a 5 day operation - we are usually closed on Monday afternoons, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
This position is a full-time contract.

We need someone who enjoys being part of the theatre of the bar service, meeting & greeting guests and developing your team to enjoy their role too!
