Assistant F&B Manager - Hotel - Worcester
A recently refurbished Hotel with fine dining Restaurant in Worcestershire, is currently recruiting for a Assistant F&B Manager.
The property has a fantastic reputation of creating delicious and award-winning food and is known as one of the best Restaurants in the Worcestershire area.
The restaurant serves award-winning menus using seasonal produce and a notable wine list to complement.
We are looking for an experienced Assistant F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager to support the F&B Manager in the daily operation of this 50-seater restaurant.
The Restaurant is very popular with residents serving modern British Cuisine at Rosette level and is a very popular destination for lunch and dinner especially at the weekends.
Role Criteria
* The ideal Manager will have previous fine dining experience or Rosette experienced or worked within quality restaurants
* You must be competent of running a fine dining restaurant and manage a team up to 15 staff at peak season.
* Experience of taking orders, working with the kitchen team, with good knowledge of room set up and preparation of the restaurant.
* You must be highly customer focused, good communication skills and the ability to manage the team effectively
* The successful candidate will have at least 2 years supervisory experience within a similar operation
