Receptionist -4 star Hotel - £25k plus free accommodation

Luxury, boutique hotel near Powys wants to find an experienced Receptionist for a leading hotel in the area with a very competitive salary up to £25,000 per year plus an equal share of tips and free accommodation worth £8,000 per year - Total Package £33, 000 per year working a 4.5 days per week.

* You will be working in a team to run the daily operation of the front desk, ensuring the smooth running of shifts .
* You will also always provide excellent customer service to meet guest satisfaction levels.
* Maximise room occupancy, handling Conference & Private event enquiries and bookings, managing show rounds of the hotel. This role offers a variety of duties and o day is the same.

We are looking for someone who is :
* Very customer service orientated individual with a passion of working with the public.
* Has a friendly and helpful attitude and goes the extra mile to resolve issues.
* Previous experience of working on a hotel reception desk for at least 6 months will be ideal but not essential.
* Be self-driven, able to work within a team and be willing to be always 'hands-on'.
* Able to work early and late shifts are essential, working 4.5 days out of 7 including weekends. Shift patterns are 7am - 3pm or 3pm- 11pm

This role is a full-time position with opportunity to progress.

A very competitive salary of £25k and Free accommodation worth £8,000 per year , in one of our cottages on site, plus all utility bills paid but you will need a car to travel around the surrounding area.
