Head Chef | B&I Contract Catering | London

Role:
* Reporting directly into the operations manager, you will be managing all hospitality catering with a medium sized team reporting into you.
* You will have up to 20+ conference spaces under your remit, managing multiple functions at once on a daily basis.
* You will be delivering nothing but exceptional levels of customers care, responsible for the outstanding delivery of food and drink to high end on site clientele.
* You will be responsible daily for ordering, deliveries, stock management, supplier relations, staff management and all health safety within your remit.Ideally you will have a background of working with small independent suppliers and be a real champion for sustainability.
Person Specific:
* MUST come from a fresh food, preferably 2 rosette background with a multiple function facility.
* Experience of managing small / mid-sized teams.
* Have the ability to cook under pressure with consistency and maintain high standards of execution.
* Have a strong background with due diligence management, stock management and staff budgeting.
* This role will suit an experienced looking to step Head Chef from a hotel, conference centre or Contract Catering background looking to progress their career with an exciting company.
