Regional Finance Manager - Durham area
I am presently working with a leading player in the managed Hotels sector who is now seeking to appoint the following key role:
Regional Finance Manager self accounting experience and hotel exposure essential
- Day to day financial control of 8 properties EBITDA performance
- To reconcile balance Sheet control accounts thereby ensuring that the company's accounts reflect a true and fair view.
- To challenge information given in the monthly forecast submitted by the property and to ensure properties take the necessary action to implement recommendations from this review.
- To review the annual property budget and make recommendations for improving returns and reducing costs.
- Responsibility of operational controls at the Hotels with control of operational costs including Payroll, Linen, Food & Beverage performance
- To support the business in achieving its financial objectives.
- To produce Management Information (including P&L, Balance Sheet) for the properties
- To prepare of VAT/Pension/PAYE reporting and completion of payments within deadlines
- To prepare Cashflow forecasting - Weekly/Monthly & Rolling Annual
- To prepare forecasts & Budgets of Revenue & Costs for weekly/monthly & annual reporting
In return for your skills and experience as Regional Finance Manager we have
A strong Base C £55,000 Neg for the right person
Mileage allowance for travel between properties
