Rooms Division Manager - Buckinghamshire - 4* Hotel - To £36-37K
Our client is an independent 100bed 4-star hotel with full leisure facilities, popular for all corporate and leisure guests based in Buckinghamshire, close to West London currently looking for a talented Rooms Division Manager.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Rooms Division Manager to oversee front office, Housekeeping, maintenance, reservations and nights, who can lead your team to provide the very best guest experience at all times, from arrival to departure.
* You will be managing the daily operation and coordination of front of house operations which includes Reception, ensuring the smooth running of shifts.
* Management and analysis of guest satisfaction levels
* Maximise room occupancy, recognising guests needs to promote hotel services and in-house facilities i.e. Restaurant and Health Spa
* Setting of departmental objectives, policies and targets and rotas
* Ensure Team Members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area
* Communicating with Management regarding employee and customer service issues
The Essential Skills:
Personal qualities required are:
* Previous experience of managing reception, nights and housekeeping teams at Manager level
* Ideally from a hotel environment and able to work early and late shifts are essential
* The ability to supervise and lead a team with a working knowledge of Opera
* Be self-driven, able to work within a team and be willing to be 'hands-on' at all times
* Have excellent personal presentation
* Be an excellent team player whilst having first class attention to detail
