Our client is a luxury 4-star hotel with full leisure facilities which is very popular for, corporate meetings, conferences, private social events and weddings within the stunning Northamptonshire countryside.
Looking for an enthusiastic & experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to provide the very best guest experience at all times, from arrival to departure within all the F&B areas.
The ideal candidate will be a confident, self-motivated leader with a passion for guest satisfaction and previous experience in a high quality fast paced establishment.
This role is an exciting and varied position covering all areas of the hotel where no two days will be the same.
We are looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience of supporting your Manager within a busy Restaurant, Bar or hotel that is fast paced and high volume.
* Possess excellent customer care experience & attention to detail
* Ability to motivate & develop team members and to work as a team
* Must be highly customer focused with excellent communication skills both face to face, on the telephone & via email
* Must be self-driven and be able to work within a large team and be able & willing to be always 'hands-on'
The Package / Benefits / Opportunities
An annual salary circa £28 -29,000 per year is available for the right person DOE + excellent company benefits that come with a well-known hotel company. The hotel also offers live in accommodation on site and around the local area.Kindly note due to our client's requirements, sponsorship is not available for this position for those who are not based in the UK or not holding settled status.
