Food and Beverage Manager -
This delightful property set in extensive grounds, offering a stunning dining restaurant, bars and extensive banqueting and events is now looking for a Food and beverage services manager with a similar background to assist in driving standards through the effective leadership of a passionate and friendly team, whilst maintaining a hands on presence within the operation
Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, you will already be in a similar Food and Beverage Management role within the UK 4 star market now looking for an opportunity to work with an engaging and highly personable team, within an award winning property
With F&B revenue in excess of £7m and growing as new projects come to fruition this is a hands on operational role where your ability to manage teams across multiple outlets within the property are critical to the success and consistency of the delivery

What they Need!
Already a Food and Beverage Manager within high quality and volume based 4 or 5 star Hotels in the UK,
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Hands on as this is a floor based role
strong people leadership skills
Have the ability to relocate or commute to the St Albans/Watford area
A strong understanding of leading and developing a team of enthusiastic staff within the UK
and a genuine passion for the guest journey
this is a great opportunity for a Food and Beverage manager based in the Hertfordshire area now looking for that fresh challenge.
