A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a strong Multi Faceted Operations Director who would be interested in a unique opportunity in a very prestigous fine dining restaurant. They want a Restaurant Director of the future, if you're willing to put in the hard work and focus on the goals then they will help you to achieve it.
Ideally looking for an enthusiastic, motivating and passionate F&B/ Restautant Director who will be able to grow their teams through leadership and training, deliver and maintain the high standards required and who loves to see guests having an epic time.
This restaurant company is an awesome company to work for, team is everything to them and they will invest in you. They will give you freedom to express your ideas and implement them. A strong understanding knowledge of fine dining rosette or above experience in running a multi faceted business is essential as the business will roll out it's concept next year.

Job Description
As an Restaurant Director you will be responsible for:
- All profit and loss accounts
- Used to running very busy high quality fine dining restaurants
- Driving revenue through various sales and marketing tools
- Making sure a training & developing plan is in focus at all levels
- Strong knowledge on steps of service
- Used to dealing with senior Directors and owners
- Be commercially minded
- Planning, organising and coming up with creative working ideas
- Passionate about customer service
- Strong man management skills
- Be able to think on their feet and come up with conclusive ideas
- Identifying problems and reacting to resolve the issues
- Be able to deal with costs in line with sales
- Keeping up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the premises
The Ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in a similar fine dining operation at F&B Director level within restaurants or 5* hotels
- Be able to work with teams of over 70+ staff
- Must have strong financial understanding
- Must have multi faceted experience
- Be able to work in a high demanding environment
- Able to instruct clear instructions to the senior management team and staff members
- Good commercial knowledge of London
- Understand about new openings and strategies
- Must be flexible in working hours
- Confident in dealing with owner/Directors
- Used to being in a Senior General Manager or Director level background
- Be proactive and being able to think on their feet
- Used to dealing with different types of clientele with customer service being the top priority
The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving excellent service to the clientele and a proven track record in the fine dining restaurants or 5* F&B hotel background.
