Senior Sous Chef - Up to £36,000 + Benefits, Upmarket Independent Rosette Restaurant - Tunbridge Wells Areas
IMMEDIATE START
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Experienced Senior Sous Chef to join an independent upmarket rosette restaurant in the Tunbridge Wells areas. The restaurant offers locally sourced fresh food with regular menu changes. The client and is proud of their strong customer relationships and friendly atmosphere. They are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef who can deliver the highest levels of quality food their refined customers. They are looking for like-minded individuals who have worked in similar gastro pub/rosette restaurants with experience at Sous Chef level to join their team on a permanent basis.
REQUIREMENTS
- Passion for cooking with fresh ingredients
- A leader not a boss
- A creative flair
- Managing a small team
- Used to working in a high volume environment
- Likes to train and develop others
- Must have rosette experience
- Must be able to deal with daily/weekly and seasonal menu changes
- Experience in British cuisine food would be a bonus
- Likes to be hands on and lead the team from the front
- Experience with GP, costing, wastage management, ordering, stock etc..
- Strong health & safety knowledge
- A stable work history
