Assistant Restaurant Manager - Henley-on-Thames area
This stunning recently refurbished boutique hotel offering relaxed upmarket style dining to 50 covers, a busy afternoon tea offering and gorgeous private dining for up to 20 is now looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager with the following skills and experience
Role:
Reporting into the F&B Ops manager, you will required to work alongside the senior team in this boutique setting to help formulate, deliver and take ownership of the day to day running of the restaurant
Train and develop your team of full and part time staff
Set the standards through effective leadership and a hands on presence
Posses a genuine passion for the guest experience, wishing to work in an environment where your personality and passion is allowed to shine through.
This Assistant restaurant Management role also requires someone career hungry as the property is part of an expanding luxury group that are continuing to grow
Required experience:
Already an Assistant Restaurant Manager from the luxury 4/5 star hotel sector
Posses excellent communication skills
attention to detail,
a love of intimate, elegant restaurants where the guest dining experience is offered in a relaxed and engaging manner
a strong understanding of the UK market already based or willing to relocate to the oxfordshire area
