As Food and Beverage Manager you will need to demonstrate
UK experience within the luxury 4 star market with F&B turnover in excess of £3m
experience in managing a strong HOD team and a staff contingent in excess of 45 staff
strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for staff training and development
strong commercial and financial acumen
