Maintenance Manager - Oxford College - £35k - 41 days holiday, 35hrs/wk -5 days of 7 - 3X Pension Contribution

I am currently recruiting for an Oxford College with 270rms of varied accommodation for a Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance and PPM duties for the college premises and buildings.

The successful applicant for this role will be able to demonstrate they can provide excellent service that exceeds customer's expectations, can work within budget and within tight timescales.

The successful Maintenance Manager will also have previous experience in maintaining standards and Fire Life & Safety requirements and possess a track record in delivering a level of high performance and ideally hold a trade qualification and have strong knowledge of statutory building, gas or electrical regulations.

Key responsibilities for this attractvie Maintenance Manager roles will include:

·Performing preventative and regular maintenance and repairs to all areas of the hotel
·Being esponsible for the security of the college inventory and assets
·Ensuring brand standards and all statutory FLS standards are met at all times
·Deliver exceptional customer service with a drive for results
·Developing and/or maintain effective relationships with contractors, as well as with business partners in the wider organisation
·Managing the employee lifecycle of the team of 2 to include recruitment, selection and managing any employee relation concerns.

I am looking for a talented Maintenance Manager who can maintain a positive and calm outlook, can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, delegate instructions, has a desire to provide exceptional customer service and is able to motive and lead a high performance team.
