JWR are recruiting for a Restaurant Manager for a stunning 4 star hotel main restaurant and is very busy, offering buffet breakfast and lunch and in the evening an A la Carte menu.
The main purpose of the role is to manage the day-to-day restaurant operation, training, motivating and developing the restaurant service team to ensure an excellence in quality of service and a customer-focused culture. Leadership, staff management, motivation and excellent communication skills are vital for this role.
We are looking for someone who :
is a Restaurant management or senior Restaurant supervisor within a restaurant and have held this role in a progressive capacity for at least 1 year
is an organised hands-on manager that understands the importance of delegation and follow up with strict standards
Has a great front of house presence, be an accepted leader and lead from the front
Has a good understanding of hotel operations
has the ability to delegate and communicate under pressure in a high paced environment.
is able to work with other managers within the department in a positive and constructive manner.
In return , we offer you a Salary: between £27,000 to £29,000 depending on experience plus some fantastic employee benefits !!!Kindly note due to our client's requirements, sponsorship is not available for this position for those who are not based in the UK or not holding settled status.
