This stunning boutique hotel in the New Forest is now looking for a highly skilled, passionate and service driven Food and beverage manager with a strong understanding of the luxury 4/5 star environment and multiple rosette/Michelin star exposure

Operating as a "conductor" of the food and beverage offering whilst taking ownership of the fine dining restaurant you will report straight into an exceptional GM that has been appointed to continue to drive service levels at this iconic property

responsible for an assistant F&B manager, C&B manager and Bars manager together with the supporting staff this limited covers operation is based on quality and exceptional service as apposed to large footfall

Skills and experience required:

Experience at either Red star or 5 star hotel within a management capacity

posses an incredible passion for service, staff development and leadership

career hungry with a love of the luxury boutique hotels sector

Due to the location and the unsociable hours own transport would be required

You must be presently based in the UK and able to work without restriction
