This stunning organisation set in acres of manicured grounds offering extensive weddings, events, multiple dining options and several bars is now looking for a Director of food and beverage that will assist them on the continued journey with several new opening outlets and a huge transition in the F&B offering

This is a strategic, conductorial role and as such you will need to demonstrate a background within the following

Presently based in The UK already at Director of F&B, or GM level with a passion for F&B

A strong analytically approach, you with need to demonstrate a strong commercial and financial acumen with a background within the 4 or 5 star arena in the UK and a knowledge of managing F&B turnover in excess of £7m

An exceptional communicator with a passion for people, a love of Food and Beverage and a desire to push boundaries and explore new avenues with this highly engaging and forward thinking operation

Highly driven, personable and experienced with a stable work history in the UK luxury market

The ability to commute to the Watford area of Hertfordshire (location disclosed on the signing of a NDA)
