Hotel Cost Controller - Berkshire - 4* City Centre Hotel - £35-40K.
My client is a national hotel operator currently recruiting for an experienced Hotel Controller for their 150bed property based close to Slough.
The Job:
- As Cost Controller you will be responsible for all hotel, F&B and payroll revenue and cost control and supplying relevant departmental finance information for P&L to the central finance function at Head Office and also completing month end control tasks and procedures.
- You will be working closely with the Head Chef and F&B management and all hotel depts. offering financial advice and support relating to cost and revenue control.
- The successful applicant will be be heavily involved in reviewing the overall performance of the hotel on a monthly basis, working closely with senior management.

The Essential Skills:
- You will be an experienced Hotel Cost Controller with 1-3 years experience, who has managed the cost and revenue control function for business's generating Circa £5m+
