Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager - a renowned 4-star hotel
Location Base - ideally located on the outskirts of Coventry;
Role: To assist with the daily operation of the newly refurbished hotel restaurant for up to 100 covers serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We are offering you a starting salary between £26000 - £28,000 per year plus a Share of tips, together with meals on duty, uniforms, great company perks and benefits and amazing employee engagement with additional opportunities to further your career.
A lovely country house hotel and golf course that is looking for an Assistant Restaurant & Bar Managers to join the team of the newly refurbished hotel restaurant.
Reporting into the Food and Beverage Manager, you will need to have a background working within quality restaurants or hotels within the local area and want to be part of a small friendly and engaging team.
As this is an operational role, you need to be happy working straight shifts, 5 days out of 7 including evenings and weekends.
