The Role:
As assistant food and beverage manager you will report into the food and beverage manager and will be responsible for a team of 30+ passionate staff across two delightful bars, events space and a stunning all day dining offering
you will be a hands on leader, able to demonstrate your background within highly quality all fresh volume based restaurants in the UK or already as a food and beverage manager within a smaller operation, have a passion for on-trend, seasonal all fresh food offerings in modern yet refined settings
a strong communicator with a passion for service, you will also need to be career hungry and want to push yourself and those around you to ensure that service levels are not only met but exceeded
Due to the location of the venue this is a live out position so the ability to commute to the central oxford area is essential
