New Opening Restaurant and Bar Manager - Hertfordshire
This 80 cover modern British concept restaurant soon to open is now looking for an experienced restaurant and bar manager to oversee if formulation, get involved with its marketing, staffing and pre opening/opening
The restaurant formulates a new concept and part of an operation with a F&B turnover in excess of £7m, operating as a stand alone offering we are looking for a new opening restaurant and bar manager to really take ownership of this exciting project
Skills and experience needed
exposure to a all fresh, fun and vibrant British style restaurant offering at management level
excellent communication and people management skills
strong commercial and financial management
a genuine passion for service
