JWR is excited to be working with a leading and forward-thinking collection of Hotels across the UK, looking to recruit an experienced Head Chef for their New Hotel, opening towards the end of 2022 in a popular Devon City.The Package / Benefits / Opportunities
Up to £55k depending on experience + Tronc & performance related Bonus
4 day working week, where possible

Following extensive investment and refurbishment of this once iconic department store, this city centre luxury boutique hotel will boast 100+ bedrooms, multiple bar and restaurant outlets and spa facilities, offering some of the best views over the city's skyline.As Head Chef, you will plan and implement new menus and systems to ensure the commercial success of the business.
As Head chef you will be heavily involved in the recruitment and training of a brand-new brigade, whilst continuing to lead, motivate and inspire them to grow and develop across all areas of the business.
You will be an experienced head chef, from a similar size operation with experience managing multiple outlets who has shown good longevity and progression within their career
