Luxury Resort Development - Devon
JWR is currently working with a luxury resort undergoing significant investment from a leading developer to re-position itself as one of the top destinations to visit in the area, looking to recruit an experienced Human Resources Manager with good generalist and people development experience to join their teamThe Package / Benefits / Opportunities:

The Resort will offer a range of accommodation, countryside leisure activities, spa services, dining options, sporting activities and local experiences. Accommodation options will include fully serviced bedrooms in the main hotel complex, s/c accommodation in the existing cottages dispersed around the estate and new luxury lodges.An ever-evolving role, working closely with the Resort Director, you will provide support and manage all areas of HR within the business, providing expert, professional and effective knowledge to the team.
As HR Manager, you will ideally have a hotel or retail background and be CIPD qualified. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional who is looking for the next challenge in their career.
As HR Manager you will have a positive attitude and energy and will bring your own personality, character and enthusiasm ensuring the experience you provide is always to the highest of standards.
- Previous experience in a similar role, CIPD qualified
