Conference and Reservations Coordinator

Conference & Reservations Coordinator - Oxford University College - to £27K - 41days holiday - 3X Pension Contribution.

I am currently recruiting for an Oxford College, part of Oxford University, for a Conference Co-ordinator to deal with inbound conference and accommodation inquiries for their hugely unique property for corporate and leisure events, weddings and exclusive uses with capacity 200cv.

The Position:

• Full-time (Monday - Friday)
• £27k dependent on experience
• Taking & managing all bookings for conferences, events, weddings and lunches.
• Inputting bookings into Opera Sales & catering - updating and maintaining accordingly

The successful applicant will be highly sales focused and will have experience handling and converting inbound sales and events inquiries within a hotel or college setting for 1-2 years and ideally good corporate and leisure contacts in the Oxford area.

The position offers a salary up to £27K - 41 days holiday - 3X Employer Pension Contribution.
