Executive Head Chef - 4* Hotel - South Buckinghamshire - £60K + 25% Bonus
My client is a leading 150bed 4* branded hotel and events venue in South Bucks close to Heathrow and West London with quality 100cv restaurant and large scale banqueting looking for an Executive Head Chef.
The hotel has a quality restaurant servicing around 60-100cv per day at 1AA rosette standard and some of the busiest and best banqueting in the area with a plan for new menu concepts and looking forward to a very busy Summer period and forecasting around 85 weddings with banqueting space up 280cv maximum capacity.

To £60K + 25% Bonus + Accolade achievement Bonus.
Role Criteria
- The ideal Executive Head Chef will ideally have previous 1-2AA rosette background, good banqueting experience working along side a Banqueting Sous Chef and 4 or 5 star hotel experience.
- The Exec Head Chef will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
- The Executive Head Chef will be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
- The successful applicant will have at least 3 years experience at Executive or Head Chef at 1AA rosette level or higher within a similar operation.
