This lovely town centre hotel is now looking for a Restaurant Manager with lots of personality to act as the Host for its 60 cover bistro style operation
Operating Breakfast lunch and dinner the property s set to undergo a complete restaurant refurbishment into a highly modern and engaging offering
Package and benefits:
Straight Shifts
A strong base salary to £33,000
Bonus of up to £4k

As the Restaurant manager you will need to have an warm and outgoing personality, happiest talking with your guests and engaging with them on menu choices, pairing wines etc ensuring the experience remains personable, fun and engaging
Drive and develop the team to ensure your service levels are delivered through training and leadership
work closely with the head chef on the menu offering and daily/seasonal changes
this is a great role for a passionate Restaurant manager from either a hotel or High street chain looking for a fresh challenge
