Role : Food and Beverage Team Manager- Branded Corporate Hotel
Location: Chester/ CreweSalary: We are offering an annual salary in the region of £29,000 per year
- plus paid overtime
- Plus Bonus
- 8-hour shifts, including some Saturdays and Sundays.

This stunning 70 + bedroom luxury country house hotel just outside of Chester is now looking to continue the growth of its team with exciting plans ahead for its F&B offering, we are now seeking a passionate, personable and engaging Food and Beverage Team Manager to assist the F&B Director in the following areas:
What will I Do:
* As Food and Beverage Team Manager, you will take ownership of the Restaurant, its budget, staff and service ethic as well as support your other F&B team managers with C&B and Bar operation.
* Drive and develop strong key indicators with your team ensuring that every guest receives an amazing experience.
* Build on the properties excellent reputation using your commercial and financial acumen to further drive sales.
* This is a hands on role and requires the Food and Beverage Team Manager to be as passionate about service as you are about your staff.
What are we looking for :
* You must have a stable career within 4-star corporate hotels within the food and beverage department for at least 1-2 years.
* Have a good restaurant knowledge and background, ideally from working in a well-known hotel company with brand standards.
* Have ambition to progress career of both yourself and your team
* Must have the capability to lead from the front with a hands-on approach and be a strong, credible leader and drive standards
* A proven track record of mentoring and developing talent within the operation
