As part of a restructure, this charming 4 star hotel is now looking for a Conference and Banqueting manager to head up the team driving service levels and consistency within this 55 bedroom Country House Hotel
As Conference and Banqueting Manager you can expect
A strong Base salary to £35,000
Bonus up to 10% salary

If you have a background within the 4 star hotel sector at either Assistant or Conference and Banqueting Manager here in The UK
Have a strong understanding of building and managing a team of permanent and casual staff
