Role : Restaurant Manager, Boutique Hotel
Location: Worcestershire
Salary : £30,000 per year plus Quarterly and Annual Bonus schemes.
A boutique Country House Hotel within the Worcestershire area is seeking a Restaurant Manager to manage the daily operation of their Restaurant, serving local and seasonal delights to its guests. This is a permanent full-time role.
We need an experienced Restaurant Manager who:
* has recent experience as a Restaurant Manager in a hotel or fine dining restaurant, however, will consider a very strong Assistant Restaurant Manager with a proven background looking for their first Managerial role
* is an excellent motivator with strong leadership skills
* able to manage the flow of guests in the restaurant to avoid guest disappointment at busy times.
* is Career-minded and ambitious, with a desire to succeed
* can train, develop and nurture your team to achieve great success .
* has proven ability to welcome guests and ensure that they are satisfied at all times.
