An independent 20-30-bedroom Boutique Hotel in the Worcestershire area is seeking a very experienced Hotel Restaurant Manager.
* You will be responsible for managing the daily operation Casual Dining Brasserie as well as busy bar especially for weekend afternoon teas and a small function room for around 40 people.
* You will also work with the Hotel Manager & Head Chef to continually improve all aspects of restaurant service.
* With a dedicated fully recruited team, you will oversee the training and development of the restaurant team, both scheduled and on the job to ensure your team have excellent product knowledge.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Hotel Restaurant Manager now looking for that next step in the luxury Country House hotel sector.
