The Job Role
- We are looking for a Sous Chef for this lovely and well located 5* hotel in London.
- Multiple food outlets with banqueting facilities.
- Busy events business with the view of growing the events trade
- You will be fully responsible for all health & safety and training through to driving the food offering forward.
- Japanese restaurant, so experience with Japanese cuisine is mandatory.

The Requirements
- As Sous Chef you will come from a similar management position from a multiple outlet site.
- This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is currently working as a Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef and is seeking a new challenge and career progression.
- We are looking for a Hands-on, Self-starter who can manage their own time
- Track record of achieving a good GP and implementing all company Health and Safety procedures
- Previous exposure to new restaurant launches ideal, but not essential
