Sales Manager
Unique Somerset Experience Days - London Based
JWR
is recruiting for a highly passionate, organised and driven sales manager, well connected within the luxury market to promote, market and sell a unique package to travellers in London looking to escape the city and experience a little taste of what Somerset has to offer at their luxury estate.

40-hour week - flexible/remote working

Job description and required skills
As Sales Manager you will sell a first-class experience to individual guests and groups which will include a return trip from Paddington to Somerset in an exclusive carriage, providing breakfast on the way using the finest produce from the estate. Guests will then be greeted and taken to the Estate where they will receive expert tours and talks of the award-winning grounds and gardens, meals and refreshments throughout the day and a hamper for the return journey.
The Package will allow guests to capture the Essence of Somersets Leading, Luxury Estate and amazing hospitality offer.

As Sales Manager you will be confident in creating and pursuing leads, through multiple sales and marketing channels with a personable and persuasive approach. You will be a highly organised, self-motivated individual, who is excellent with time and resource management with an interest in high quality day excursions

Responsibilities will include;
Selling to inbound international tour groups, with particular focus on the US and Japanese market
Driving promotional activity and being an ambassador for the brand
Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, London concierges, and other third parties to promote and sell package.
Work collaboratively with the Estate team to deliver and exceed guest expectations

Skills and Experience
Sales and customer oriented
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Evidence of sales and high-end guest service experience
Proven track record in handling group tours or excursions
Foreign languages will be an advantage
