I am presently working with a lovely property in the RG postcode area that are looking for a Restaurant and Bar Manager - Monday to Friday to take ownership of this 80 cover offering
working straight shifts (early's or late) the GM is looking for someone fro a hotel background that has strong attention to detail, a passion for service, great communication skills and is now looking for an environment that offers a great work life balance whilst maintaining standardsThis Restaurant and Bar Manager role will take ownership of a busy restaurant offering Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner service and a full service bar open until 10pm Monday to Thursday
The food offering runs with a buffet style breakfast and lunch and a a la carte evening menu.
