JWR is excited to be working with a stunning Hotel, looking for an experienced well rounded Head Chef with a strong knowledge of classic British cooking, to join their team and oversee the kitchen operation.

As Head Chef be tasked with the operational excellence for the venue ensuring that the food offer and standards are executed to the highest standards. You will be adept at managing large teams of core members and casual staff. You must have a high level of creativity and flair in your food and the ability to work alongside the hotels Consultant Chef to create seasonally inspired menus with a strong focus on refined classic British dishes

The Hotel boasts over 100 stunning guest rooms, private dining area plus multiple meeting & event rooms making this very hands on, diverse & challenging role
