JWR is excited to be working with a top luxury hotel located in Hampshire, looking for an ambitious Head Chef to join the team and redefine the food offerings across the hotel
As Head Chef you will work closely with the General Manager to be the driving force in providing the first class experiences the guests have come to expect and produce high-quality, locally sourced, well-balanced dishes across all menus, while motivating and developing the junior chefs in the kitchen.
The Hotel boasts 80 + elegant bedrooms & multiple conference and banqueting rooms, so experience with high volume weddings and events is key for this rare opportunity.
