Location Base - Loughborough area

As Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for managing all food and beverage operations primarily within the Hotel venue. The successful candidate will have the opportunity and freedom to shape the role and make an impact on the food and beverage offering.
The Food and Beverage Manager will have the opportunity to take ownership of the multiple Food and Beverage outlets within this modern property to include Conference and Events, several Restaurants & Bars including afternoon tea and Room service.
As Food and Beverage Manager, you will also work with a complete team of passionate and experienced managers and supporting staff, play a key role in their continued development, working closely with the senior teams to develop a clear strategy for the F&B, keeping in mind the guest experience, staff well-being and development whilst managing your costs
