Assistant Restaurant Manager- 4 star hotel Brasserie - West Midlands region

Our client is a very busy hotel operation that is currently recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. This is a permanent Full-time position.

The property strives to achieve excellent standards throughout its 4-star operation and as such they are looking for a strong standard driven manager who has an excellent rapport with guests and is keen to ensure the highest levels of customer service and profitability.

* To be considered you will have a proven track record in high end hotel operations or quality restaurants or bars working with very high standards managing up to 60 covers.

* Also support the Restaurant Manager with the daily operation of the restaurant & Bar, supporting a team of 15 staff with training & development to ensure delivery of high levels of customer service.

* The Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager will be used to working in a fast-paced environment, be very organised and focused on forward planning.

* As Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager, you must be highly customer focused, with good communication skills and the ability to manage the team effectively.

In return, an excellent salary in the region of £20-£21,000 per year + strong benefits are on offer.

In line with UK employment law, you must be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction and be able to work in the West Midlands area.
