• Currently a Head Chef within a similar busy premium pub environment
• Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking.
• Adhere to food safety legislation.

• Help to promote and maintain a good working environment, leading by example and develop the team around you.
• Have the ability to work under pressure with a proven track record in delivering high quality dishes in a time pressured environment.

JWR is excited to be working with a small collection of pubs and Inns looking to recruit an experienced Head Chef for one of their popular pubs with a great reputation for its fresh food located in a great Devon location.

As Head Chef in this super pub, you will work alongside an experienced General Manager with a passion for the business focusing on traditional, high quality British pub food with strong carvery offer.

The menu offers great pub food all cooked fresh. This role would suit someone from a high-volume gastro/Premium branded pub/restaurant background.

The Pub is set in a great location and has an excellent reputation within the area. Strong turnover with seasonal volume, so high-volume experience essential. The position has the option to live-in, but ideally you will have good local knowledge of the area or be looking to relocate.
