The Role and requirements:
Working closely with the General Manager, this Restaurant and Bars manager will need to demonstrate a strong all round exposure to the day to day running of the food and beverage offering within a Hotel.
Demonstrate a solid background within the UK based 4 star market
Possess excellent attention to detail, coupled with strong communication skills
Have a genuine passion for Hotels and already be either an experienced assistant Food and Beverage manager or a restaurant and bars manager
Be based in the East Sussex area or happy to relocate
