Role: Food and Beverage Operations Manager - 4 Star Branded Hotel
Location : East Midlands Airport Area
Salary : £30-35k per year negotiable
Our client is a large 4-star hotel with excellent Leisure& Spa facilities is currently recruiting for an experienced F&B Operations Manager. The property operates well through midweek corporate & Conference business and weekend leisure and weddings.
* The ideal Operations Manager will have previous 4-star hotel experience managing all food & beverage outlets as well as Reception and Housekeeping.
* You will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved
* Reporting directly into the General Manager, we need an Operations Manager who has good accountability and sales skills as well as an all-round hotel management experience
* The successful Operations Manager will have at least 2 / 3 years' experience as Food & Beverage Manager / Operations management level or higher within a similar operation.
* Excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager / Deputy General Manager looking for a progressive and challenging role.
