The Wedding and Events Manager Package / Benefits / Opportunities:
- A salary of up to £35K Service charge OTE £40K

The Wedding and Events Manager role:
- To aid in the continuing success of the Wedding and Events function, overseeing and managing wedding and events service and ensuring exceptional guest care.
- As a strong Wedding Manager you will be required to create and implement new standards for the department, training your team to deliver and monitor the progress.
- Aware of costs you will work with the C&B Manager to maintain and improve quality of service in the department whilst developing new and exciting offers to drive sales.

- Fast paced Wedding and Events experience within busy high volume conference operations.
- Excellent standards of guest and bride care
- Strong at staff training.
