Role : Hotel Restaurant & Bar Manager
Location : Near Derby city centre
Salary: £28 -30,000 per year plus Bonus scheme to earn up to 20% of your salary plus Staff Accommodation available for a temporary period if relocating.
Branded well know 4-star hotel company situated just outside Derby city centre is looking for an experienced Hotel Restaurant & Bar Manager to join the team.
We are looking for a Restaurant & Bar Manager from a quality hotel background with experience of managing the peaks and troughs of guest footfall in 2 restaurants.
The main restaurant can seat 90 covers for dinner/breakfast service, which also has a lounge area attached. We also have a sports bar, with 60 seats inside and 60 seats outside, which is very seasonal and mainly attracts golfers and leisure members.
We need a Restaurant Manager who has recent experience in a similar role, understands the needs of our guests without compromising the service during busy times and believes in profitability and encourages their team to achieve great results.
