The Human Resources Manager Opportunity:
- With significant positive change at the hotel, you will be tasked with the coordination of the HR function on the business.
- Working in line with direction of the General Manager this will be a strategic HR role offering an opportunity to add real value to the incumbent team and business.
- A strategic role overseeing all aspects of the HR department including employee relations, recruitment, investigation and disciplinary, appraisals and counselling.
