ROLE: Meetings & Events Manager - Hotel
LOCATION: Coventry
SALARY: £35-40K per year
Our client is a deluxe four-star hotel group, based in Coventry looking for an experienced and organised Meetings & Events Manager.
With a large offering of meeting and events facilities, including outside catering and a historic venue located nearby, the role will offer a significant challenge for the suitable candidate in a department that is key to the hotel operation.
To be considered, you will have an strong and stable background as Meetings & Events Manager working in large hotels or conference centres that can accommodate around 300 guests.
This is not a first time appointment and needs someone very organised who can manage the daily logistics of a multi-site operation as well as a team of up to 60 at its peak as well as suppliers.
Reporting to the General Manager, you must be highly customer focused, with good communication skills and the ability to manage the team effectively.
