- E40'000 annually
- IRO E8000 service charge

- A six day a week operation

The Restaurant Manager Opportunity.
- A rare opportunity has arisen for a fine dining restaurant manager to take the helm of a 3-rosette dining room. Closed for two months of the year, you will be tasked with managing a team of twelve including wine, to deliver exceptional service to an international clientele.

- A privately owned boutique hotel operation, set in a stunning location. Accredited with 3-rosettes and aspirations for a 1* Michelin.
The Restaurant Managrer skills required.
- To lead the restaurant and team, overseeing service and guest care.
- A sound understanding of wine to ever evolve the list.
- As a standard's driven manager, you will be required to create and implement new standards for the department, training your team to deliver and monitor the progress.
- Aware of costs you will work with the chef to manage efficiencies in the department whilst developing new and exciting offers to drive sales.
