Our client is a small chain operating several stunning properties across the South Of England, currently looking for a Reception Manager for their renowned 70bed 4* hotel in South Wiltshire, one of the oldest hotels in the country.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Reception Manager who can lead your team of 5 to provide the very best guest experience at all times, from arrival to departure.

* You will be managing the daily operation and coordination of front of house and reception operations, setting up Reception procedures to ensure a smooth shift every time, able to manage requests for various room types without disappointing the guest and processing all bookings via central reservations paying attention to detail.

* You will need to have experience of managing and analysing guest satisfaction levels.

* Setting of departmental objectives, policies and targets and rotas

* Ensure Team Members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area.

* Communicating with Management regarding employee and customer service issues

The Essential Skills:

* Previous experience of managing a Reception & Nights team at Reception Manager, Reception Supervisor or Front Office Manager level.

* Must be from a 3/4* hotel environment and able to work early and late shifts, working 5 days out of 7.

* Be self-driven, able to work well within a team and be willing to be 'hands-on' at all times.

* Knowledge of Opera or Guestline will be an advantage.
