Regional Manager:
- Responsible for twelve sites, you will review and ensure consistency and exceptional service is delivered to our consumers - using coaching, auditing and good performance management.
- Ensure tactical business plans are in place and being followed in all your accounts -including food, sales performance, people and finance.
- Commercially aware and innovative in approach you will maximise potential revenues across your sites and utilise best practice to deliver.

The Essential Skills of the regional manager:
- A stable career within quality food and beverage operations be that contract catering, quality restaurants or QSR.
- Previous multi-site experience is critical for the appointment of the Regional Manager.
- Strategy development and delivery
- Experience of leading and managing large and complex teams over multiple geographical locations to deliver results.
- A self-starter. Excited about food, service and people and has their finger on the pulse of what is current and trending.
- Demonstrated leadership capability.
