Reservations Manager - 4* Modern Hotel - North Hampshire - OTE £40K + 10% Bonus.
I am currently recruiting for a Reservations Manager for a 180bed 4* modern property to oversee the management of the conversion of rooms and groups enquiries for 180 rooms across the hotel and contribute to the growth of the business through maximisation of occupancy and revenue, supervising the reservations team of 3 and reporting to the Director of Sales.
The position offers a salary of up to 35K + 10% bonus + £1000 cost of living payment + excellent company benefits.
The successful applicant will have strong experience at Reservations Manager or Assistant Reservations Manager level, handling and converting inbound rooms enquiries within a large hotel setting for 2-3 years.
